We have received building permits in all 50 states, and we can gladly install our cleanrooms abroad.

Cleanroom HVAC

Allied Cleanrooms is the industry leader at designing and fabricating the proper heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to keep cleanrooms operating up to standards. Allied Cleanrooms can develop a custom, compliant system to ensure each cleanroom's clean environment. This is accomplished by allowing the appropriate volume of clean air to flow to each room at a precise temperature and humidity per your requirements.

Fire Suppression

We specialize in fire suppression systems that can protect your cleanrooms from unforeseen accidents in the workplace. We meet or exceed National Fire Protection Association code requirements, and we use of state of the art equipment, tools, and top quality materials that are approved by Factory Mutual. We offer a wide selection of finished sprinkler head designs from typically semi-recessed heads to custom concealed applications to fit your interior design needs.

Electrical Services

Allied Modular offers an array of electrical services depending on the needs of your cleanroom. We offer options that include various voltages, amperage powers, wiring and voltage dedicated circuits. Our in house electricians can easily wire to a single J-Box, or new load center, and our cleanrooms can be pre-wired to easily connect lighting and HEPA filters.

Flooring

Vinyl cleanroom flooring is the industry standard for cleanrooms; easily cleaned and cost effective. Allied Cleanrooms offers several choices for flooring including different finishes as well as tile and roll options. Additionally, we can offer floors that are static dissipative, have conductive levels of resistance, or are epoxy coated.

Complete Installation by Factory Trained Installers

If you require an installation of your clean room but don't want to have to worry about subcontractors, we offer factory trained installers. Our teams of factory trained certified installers endure weeks of rigorous construction and safety training and emerge experts in cleanroom construction. Installers are also certified forklift drivers and equipment operators. The goal is to keep your project on target and within budget. We offer an installation service that allows for a smooth and seamless installation with minimal interruption to your operations.

Cleanroom Manufacturing

Our modular cleanrooms are constructed in either our Tennessee or California facilities. We typically use walls that are 2 inches or 4 inches thick composed of a variety of different facings. All of our walls are pre-finished which provides a durable finish that doesn't need to be patched or painted. Our UL classified wall systems are durable, efficient, and easily moved or reconfigured.

We've built direct relationships with our suppliers to ensure we can provide the best prices on our in-house built and designed walls. Our factories are fully equipped with an array of automated machines and skilled workers that are focused on craftsmanship. We are committed to producing high quality walls quickly to meet the demands of your clean room.
