North Carolina Dance Theatre - Charlotte, North Carolina
Home of the NC Dance Theatre and Patricia McBride & Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux Center for Dance

Railing Project Completion: May, 2010

Project Valuation: $11.5M

Railing Style: Structural Glass Railings

This very attractive stainless and glass railing is unique in that the glass infill panels are segmented into 12" sections, and have a 2" break separating them. This simple spin on the typical structural glass railing design produces a dramatic effect and an eye-catching railing system, which enhances the contemporary interior design of the building. The railing system does not visually overpower any other design element, and yet could be considered a focal point - a testament to the many advantages of using stainless and glass railings.

Railing Project Completion: May, 2010

Project Valuation: $65M

Railing Style: Structural Glass Railings

The Mint Museum of Art's new, avant-garde home is on its way to total completion, and will officially open its doors on October 1, 2010. With the use of a standard structural glass railing design, we achieved a sense of open-air and an unimpeded view from each floor, overlooking the grand atrium. Our railings will serve as a timeless backdrop to some of the greatest art exhibits and treasures ever known, for many years to come. We are proud to have been a part of this project.
