Fall Protection Railing Systems

Railing and guardrail systems from Safety Rail Company have modular, non-penetrating designs, can be personalized to fit any project requirements and always meet or exceed OSHA regulations and ensure that your jobsite is safe, secure, and productive.

Choose from a variety of style and functionality options that best fit your facility’s unique needs, including those with parapet walls and metal-deck roofs. We’re also able to match an aesthetic look with hidden or stylized safety rails.

Whether standing alone or working in tandem with our diverse lineup of fall-protection products, our guardrails provide the backbone of the industry’s most effective safety solution.

  • Simple, no-drill installation
  • Protects single membrane rooftop systems
  • Temporary or permanent solution
  • More effective than harness systems
  • Engineer away the fall hazard

SRC360 MOBILE RAILING

Our SRC360 Mobile Rail system provides everything you need to achieve total, OSHA-compliant fall protection! The components work together to form a complete fall-protection solution — the safety rails simply pin to our weighted iron bases: a quick, easy installation process that requires no penetration into the building envelope. Used primarily around rooftop leading edges, the SRC360 Mobile Rail’s versatility allows for nearly endless configurations with its multiple railing lengths and numerous functional accessories.

HIDE-A-RAIL MOBILE RAILING

Designed to fold down when work in the area is complete, our Hide-a-Rail system is the perfect way to get OSHA-compliant fall protection while also maintaining your facility’s architectural sight lines. When personnel enter the area, the railing system is erected to keep workers protected from potential fall hazards — and, when finished, it simply lays flat and out of sight. Utilizing the same weighted iron bases used in our SRC360 Mobile Rail solution, the Hide-a-Rail requires no rooftop penetration and is entirely free-standing.

1-1/4" and 1-1/2" ACCU-FIT MOBILE RAILING

Combining functionality and style, our Accu-Fit Rail system provides upscale aesthetics to complement your building’s unique architecture. Choose from one of three distinct looks — including the rugged strength of the Traditional Series, swept-back curvature of the Architectural Series, or the head-turning sophistication of the Designer Series. And of course, in addition to their stylish looks, the Accu-Fit Rails serve as functional, OSHA-compliant fall-protection systems that install by pinning into our weighted base plates (without rooftop penetration of any kind).

ACCU-FIT METAL DECK RAILING

Standing seam, R-panel, and corrugated roofs are notoriously difficult to protect — luckily, our Accu-Fit Metal Deck Rail system offers the perfect solution! For a standing seam roof, our mounting plates simply clamp on to the vertical seam without any penetration; and, for R-panel and corrugated roofs, we provide a screw-down attachment with gasketed self-sealing hardware. Available in both Traditional and Architectural Series stanchion options.

ACCU-FIT EXPRESS RAIL KITS

Premade and ready to install, our Accu-Fit Express Rail kits are perfect for sectioning off hazardous areas — such as forklift zones, loading docks, or anywhere a need exists to keep personnel isolated from potential danger. They are offered in a variety of sizes and configurations, including both straight and corner options, and simply bolt to the floor for permanent fall protection.

PARAPET WALL CLAMP-ON RAILING

Rooftop parapet walls can often be difficult to protect, particularly when a free-standing railing system does not fit on the roof’s profile. Our Clamp-On Rail system solves this problem by attaching to a structurally sound parapet wall, secured in place with no penetration into the building envelope. These clamps are available in three sizes based on the thickness of the parapet wall — and our railing simply slides into the clamp and is adjusted to the proper OSHA-compliant height of 42” above the walking surface.

PERMANENT/REMOVEABLE FLOOR MOUNT RAILING

Our Permanent Floor Mount Rail system offers total fall protection on walking surfaces while also providing practical functionality: the railings, secured in place with pins, can be removed for access to certain areas when needed. Achieve OSHA-compliant fall protection without costly customization by selecting from our many available railing lengths. Likewise, we have a mounting system for every need: a single-post receiver for the beginning and end, a double-post receiver for intermediate railing, and a dual-post receiver for 90-degree increments on corners.

PERMANENT/REMOVEABLE WALL/PIT MOUNT RAILING

Protect your facility’s pits or holes with our Permanent Wall/Pit Rail system! Oftentimes the floor around these hazardous areas is not suitable for a permanent-mount installation; thus, we have two additional mounting options, face and flush mounts, that are fixed to the vertical wall and leave no permanent mount on the floor level. This system also provides functional versatility with its removable railings, allowing access to the area as needed.
